My family and I have used this storage facility twice over the years. We find it to be extremely clean, the temperature for the indoor units are pleasantly cool and ...bonus, the lady who works the front desk is so patient, thoughtful and kind. She is very detailed with what to expect and just makes you feel at home overall, just more than your average business these days! My family and I would highly recommend this storage facility!

I can’t say enough nice things about my experience with United storage. Kimberly went above and beyond for myself and my kids when she didn’t know us from Adam, she literally save my children from a lot of heartache and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of when we were actually an inconvenience to her. It just goes to show that there are people out there that are selfless and kind she literally has to be one of the nicest people I have ever met. There is not enough words I can say to show her how grateful I am for what she did!! We even out of circumstances that we’re not our fault, didn’t/couldn’t hold up our end and Kimberly still made sure we were okay and worked with us!! All with a smile on her face!! It’s been a long time since someone has left me shocked due to kindness and understanding !!! Kimberly and Shane treat you like they’ve known you forever and that your family, you can’t say that About many people or businesses these days. I will forever refer people to Kimberly and Shane, and I hope she knows just how thankful I am for her and what they did!!! And I’m sorry about the entire situation!! If you guys ever need anything I’m right down the road!! I mean that!!
